Having graduated from Symbiosis Society’s Law College, Pune, Mr. Saxena (B.S.L LL.B (Hons.)) has been practicing and has appeared in the Supreme Court of India, High Court(s), Tribunal(s) and Commission(s). Being a respected member of the bar, he has gathered valuable experience in matters pertaining to criminal and civil matters. Additionally, he has a significant experience in managing, negotiating and advising the Clients in Corporate, Commercial, Product Liability, Intellectual Property Rights and Banking & Finance portfolios. He is also a senior advisor to C. Mathew and Co, a prestigious international law firm. He is, at present, a member of Indo-European Business Forum and Inter-Pacific Bar Association. At present, he handles the Corporate Litigation and Infrastructure Practice of the firm.
